Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of PRIMEFACE Engineering Consultancy & Construction Pvt. Ltd. ("PRIMEFACE", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

PRIMEFACE provides architectural design, structural engineering, Vastu consultancy, construction management, valuation, and documentation services. All services are subject to specific project agreements and local regulations in Nepal.

3. Project Timelines & Deliverables

While we strive to meet all agreed timelines, construction and design projects may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, or regulatory approvals. We will communicate any changes to timelines promptly.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, plans, and 3D visualizations created by PRIMEFACE remain the intellectual property of PRIMEFACE until full payment receives. Upon full payment, the client is granted a license to use the designs for the specific project site only.

5. Payment Terms

Payment schedules will be outlined in your specific service agreement. We reserve the right to halt work if payments are not made according to the agreed schedule.

6. Liability

PRIMEFACE exercises reasonable skill and care in the performance of our duties. However, we are not liable for modifications made to our designs by third parties without our written consent.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dang, Nepal.
